Dating back over 200 years, these pretty and charming little fisherman’s cottages – Lily, Bella and Grace Cottages – are located in a traffic free environment in the heart of the bustling fishing port of Newlyn near Penzance in Far West Cornwall.
They have all recently been completely renovated to provide compact yet comfortable, good quality self-catering holiday accommodation.
Each tastefully furnished cottage has a lounge / dining room with gas or coal effect fire and comfortable seating. For entertainment, there is a television and DVD player and CD player.
To the back of each cottage is a small but well equipped kitchen with fully fitted units and a modern shower room with basin and WC.
Stairs lead to a double bedroom with comfortable double bed. A cot can be provided on request.
For cooler periods, each cottage is provided with central heating
Outside is a pretty communal patio area with seating which is perfect for warm sunny days. There is parking for one car at the front of each cottage.
Almost identical in every way, these three small terraced cottages nestle side by side and are ideal for couples that wish to holiday together but require their own individual space.
