Clemy’s cottage is approx 150 years old and granite built. It is situated in a quiet back water on St Mary’s on the Isles of Scilly.
Less than 50 yards from Porthcressa beach, the cottage is approximately 3 minutes walking distance to Hugh Town.
The cottage has been modernised with exceptional care through out.
The cottage is detached with a small garden to the front, back and side. The down stairs consists of a large kitchen/diner with wood floor and an oil fired rayburn which provides hot water and keeps the cottage cosy and dry all year round. There is a small but comfortable sitting room with multifuel stove. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with bath and shower over, wash basin and wc, and a utility room with sink, cupboards, and washing machine etc.
Upstairs are three very pretty and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with full size bunk beds. All bedrooms are carpeted and fitted with wash basins.
The cottage has electric heaters in the bedrooms, a gas heater in the lounge, and the Rayburn in the Kitchen.
Outside is the small garden with patio and barbeque.
