Method of Payment
You may pay by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Cattran Trading Ltd.
Your reservation will be held for 7 days to allow your cheque to arrive through the post. If paying by bank transfer, please telephone for details.
Again, your reservation will be held for 7 days to allow for your transfer to arrive in our bank account.
The balance shall be payable eight weeks before the commencement of the rental. Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the client. For bookings made less than eight weeks before the start of the rental the total fee is payable on sending the booking form.
The Owners Obligations
To provide the specified accommodation in a clean and tidy condition that conforms to the description given in the website. In the event of any discrepancy the guest should notify the owner of such as soon as possible in order that it can be rectified.
The Guests Obligations
(a) To pay for any loss or damage caused by the guest or a member of their party, unless the cost can be fully recovered under our household insurance
policy. Any "excess" on the policy will have to be paid by the guest.
(b) To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday rental.
(c) To permit us reasonable access should it become necessary.
(d) Not to part with any of the owners property or share it with anyone other than the named persons on the booking form.
(e) Not to sell or transfer the booking to another party nor to exceed the total number of people stipulated unless by prior consent.
(f) Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining properties. Not to smoke in the property.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Non-smokers
There is a strict non smoking policy in all of our cottages.
Non-availability
If, for any reason beyond our control, the property should not be available, or are no longer suitable for occupation on the dates booked a full refund will be given.
Breach of Contract
If there is any breach of these conditions, by the guest or any member of the party, the owners reserve the right to re-enter the property, end the holiday and ask the guest and their party to leave. Any guest that does not comply with any condition will be liable for any cost of whatever nature incurred.
Period of hire
Rentals commence at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Electricity
Electricity is included in the rent, as is central heating, with the exception of Clemy's cottage where a £1 coin operated electricity meter is available. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Please note beach towels are not provided.
